What is Craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral therapy & myofascial release are hands-on treatment techniques that seek to engage and open the body’s fascial system. Through light movement and gentle sustained pressure to areas of restriction, we encourage the central nervous system to relax and return to a whole and balanced state, known as homeostasis. In this state of homeostasis, your body is able to tap into its innate ability to self-correct and heal itself naturally.

Complementing the body’s natural healing processes, CST is used as a preventative wellness measure for its ability to fortify the immune system and is effective for a wide range of chronic and acute conditions associated with pain and dysfunction- including, but not limited to:

Central Nervous System Disorders, Fibromyalgia & Other Connective-Tissue Disorders, Stress & Tension related Problems, Cronic Fatigue, TMJ Dysfunction, Migraine Headaches, Colic, Sleep Disorders, PTSD, Tongue & Lip Ties, Pregnancy, Birth, & Breastfeeding Challenges, Sensory Processing Disorders, Neurovascular or Immune Disorders.

Rachele trained extensively throughout 2022, completing a 100-hour training course on Craniosacral Therapy & Myofascial Release. Taught by Dr. Carol Phillips, courses included basic protocol techniques, specialized treatment of pregnant women, children, & infants, as well as intraoral techniques. Rachele has been seeing patients of all ages in home & in office since February of 2022.
