For use in bath: Add 1/2 cup herbs to 1 quart boiling water. Remove from heat & allow to cool for 20 minutes. Strain herbs or remove reusable bag, & add to bath. Soak for 20 minutes. Both mom & baby can soak to speed healing of perineum & cord.

All of our herbs are cold infused for months at a time to extract the compounds from the plants. The only time gentle heat is used is to combine tallow, oils, and waxes to create the final product.
